Delete your CataPred account
You can delete your account and all of its data at any time.
In the app (immediate)
- Open CataPred and sign in.
- Open the side menu (top-left).
- Tap Delete Account, then Delete to confirm.
Without the app
Email us from any address with the phone number registered on your account:

We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your profile (name, age, gender, email, pincode)
- Your phone number and login
- Your credit balance
- All your test results, including tests a clinic ran on you
- Photos of your eyes from the AI cataract screening
If you worked at a clinic, the clinic's own records of tests you ran on patients stay with the clinic, since they belong to those patients.
